Product Introduction

The management extension is used in the security center to establish point-to-point communication with the indoor monitor and door station and perform call and intercom operations. It supports digital TCP/IP transmission, allowing real-time reception of weather, time, and call information. It is easy to install and debug. The device features high-quality circuit design, low power consumption, and microcomputer control.

Operating Instructions

1. Operation Method

The device features a touchscreen, allowing users to perform operations by touching the screen.

2. Video Intercom Function

  • It can accept calls from the unit door station, wall station, management center, and indoor monitor and perform two-way communication.
  • Click the "Call Monitoring" button to access the call monitoring interface.
    • Visual Call: Under "Call Monitoring," click "Visual Call" to call the indoor monitor by entering the room number. Example: For Room 01, Floor 01, Unit 01, Building 04, District 01, enter the room number 0104010101. Use "Delete" to clear digits and "Call" to initiate a call.
    • Call Interface: When calling the management extension, click "Answer" to respond to the call or "Hang Up" to terminate the call. During a call, adjust the volume using the "+" and "-" buttons. Use the "Unlock" button to open the door lock.
    • Click the "Management Center" button to call the management center.
    • Click the "Security Extension" button to call other management extensions.

3. Monitoring Function

Under "Call Monitoring," click the "Building Monitoring" button to view cameras from the unit door station, villa door station, and gate door station.

4. Information Query Function

  • Click "Community Service" to view call and unlock records.
    • Call Records: View, redial, or delete records. Scroll up and down to navigate through records.
    • Unlock Records: View all unlock records of the device.

5. System Settings

This section allows users to configure settings such as language, time, and volume and view system information. System Information: Under "System Setup," click "System Information" to view details like the device's IP number, extension number, and system version.

6. Advanced Settings

Click "Advanced Setting" and enter the project password (default "666666") to access project settings. Users can assign room numbers, change project passwords, and reset the system.

No Issue Reason & Solution
